Chileno Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 This wine has a color between dark cherry and gamet. Its aroma is that of red fruits such as cherries and cassis, spiced with hints of pepper and nuances of smokiness and oak. In the mouth one finds the wine to have a lively acidity, medium to full body, yet it is smooth with evolved tannins. It is balanced, harmonious and elegant, with a long and pleasing persistence, and display the best aspect of Cabernet Sauvignon. It would be an excellent accompaniment to most meat dishes, especially red meat. It is ready to be enjoyed now, serve it a cool room temperature (65F). |
