This time, guest speaker Ms Annabel Jackson will be present to deliver a profile on each individual wine from the harvest countries. Comprising its climate, soil, grapes, ageing period, etc. She will also explain the characteristics in terms of the style of the wine. Plus a Q&A session at the end.

WEST accredited, Annabel Jackson is a food and wine expert who lectures, writes and consults internationally. She is the author of 8 books including 4 cookbooks.
